This manhole is made up of Internal breather vavle and enmergency venting device. It can control the internal &outernal pressure automaticly to reach the balance point.When the tank barrek pours out ,it will close itself to avoid the leakage effeciently.
When the tempurature is too high and the pressure is beyond 21--30kpa, the enmergency venting device will open to release the pressure inside the tank barrek.
And the manhole cover can avoid the exploision effectively.
